The Ecobank on Sunday, November 2, the Ecobank–JoyBusiness SME Fair 2025 came to a great finale. It was the best business-to-consumer event in Ghana this year.

The three-day festival at Ghud Park, Accra Mall drew thousands of people. There were more than 160 exhibitors, millions of cedis in sales, and exciting things to do.

Lots of people, lots of sales

The expo was a terrific mix of business and entertainment, and it was put up by Multimedia Group Limited and Ecobank. More people attended every day than expected. On the first day, more than 1,000 people came, and the number of visitors climbed slowly over the weekend.

Vendors said that sales were good in all fields, including agro-processing, technology, fashion, and professional services. Prices fell by as much as 70 percent on the last day, which led to quick sales and record-breaking demand.

The event gave numerous exhibitors access to the market and attention that would have taken months in normal circumstances.

Work and play go together

There were a lot of star acts at the fair, which kept the happy mood going. Keche, Tulenkey, and Perez Musik were some of the musicians who captivated the crowds. Edem, a rapper, showed up out of the blue and made the event even more exciting.

People were also intrigued in the Kwan Pa Band and DWP Academy events, which continued on until late at night. People that shopped got a lot of amazing offers, such free hair and beauty services, free things, and discounts on expensive items.

The fair was helpful for more than just business people. Ecobank and its regulatory partners, such as the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), sponsored free business consultancy seminars to help business owners learn how to properly handle their money and stay within the law.

The organizers say that the event’s success illustrates that mixing business with fun may help small businesses grow and acquire more consumers. The 2025 Ecobank–JoyBusiness SME Fair raised the bar for trade shows in Ghana. It highlighted what Ghana’s business environment can do when firms and creative people work together.

Some of the sponsors were Ecobank, MTN, Sintex Tank, Wintiz Special Gari Mix (JW Foods), the Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEPA), Greenbox Sewage, and DPS Pipes.
