A delegation from the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), along with representatives of the families of the late music legends Teddy Osei and Naa Amanua, visited Tourism, Culture, and Creative Arts Minister Abla Dzifa Gomashie to discuss the upcoming funeral rites for these celebrated musicians.
Teddy Osei, a co-founder of the globally renowned Afro-rock band Osibisa, and Naa Amanua, a respected traditional musician, played key roles in shaping Ghana’s cultural and musical heritage.
The MUSIGA team, which included renowned musician Divine Drummer Okyerema Asante, briefed the minister on the planned ceremonies to honor their contributions.
